Peter House founded Deeptree in 2013 and serves as the company's CEO and senior security officer. With more than 20 years of experience across the private and public sectors, Peter brings deep expertise in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT operations. His leadership emphasizes proactive defense and client partnership – ensuring every engagement blends technical excellence with practical business insight. Peter has designed and led cybersecurity initiatives for organizations ranging from regional businesses to national defense programs. Notably, he developed the digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) curriculum for the United States Army in collaboration with the U.S. Digital Service, authored hands-on training materials, and implemented digital infrastructure to build advanced defensive capabilities for students. Peter holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Alaska and a broad range of professional credentials including Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP+), Offensive Security Threat Hunter (OSTH), CompTIA CASP+, CySA+, PenTest+, Security+, ITIL v3 Foundations, and TOGAF Enterprise Architecture.

His career spans program leadership on capital-scale system modernizations, business intelligence architecture, and enterprise workflow transformation for state and municipal government, energy, healthcare, and tribal organizations. Justin has led multi-year initiatives including a $7.2M municipal tax system replacement supporting a $30B assessment roll, statewide land and resource systems modernization, and financial reporting platforms for major energy producers. He operates at the intersection of executive strategy and operational delivery – structuring modernization programs that protect institutional continuity while advancing strategic objectives. Justin holds dual bachelor's degrees from Alaska Pacific University, with a background that extends beyond technology into environmental science and land management.

With more than 30 years in the IT industry, including 25 years in Alaska, he combines deep technical insight with a practical understanding of how technology drives success across the public and private sectors. Originally from the Netherlands, Sander earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration before beginning his career in the high-tech semiconductor industry. He went on to hold leadership and consulting roles with global companies such as ASML, Océ, and CIBER before taking the helm of a professional IT services firm in Alaska.
